Precision Machining Workshop

With 15 fully automated and 17 semi-automated assembly lines, supported by punching and plating equipment, the Motor Workshop leverages automation to maximize efficiency, quality, and minimize human error.

Engine Workshop

Injection Molding Workshop

140 high-precision injection molding machines operate 24/7, with smart operation reducing labor costs and ensuring efficient component supply.

Pressure Washer Workshop

Divided into commercial and home lines, with 100% tested pumps. Mastering fluid control, water-cooled cores, energy-efficient and intelligent controls, the workshop integrates R&D, component manufacturing, production, and after-sales into an industry-leading system.

On its 10th anniversary, LUTIAN achieved 500M RMB in sales and held the first Global Distributor Conference, with a strategic vision to transition from “Manufacturing” to “Intelligent Manufacturing.”

LUTIAN inaugurated its R&D building and was appointed as Chair Unit of the China Plant Protection & Cleaning Machinery Association and Vice Chair of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association.
2008

Recognized as a Zhejiang Export Famous Brand, with annual sales exceeding 350M RMB.
2005

Developed China’s first domestically produced high-pressure washers, breaking the reliance on imports.
2004

Overcoming production bottlenecks in just four months, LUTIAN upgraded equipment and processes, achieving industry-leading efficiency and precision. Within two years, the company generated 156M RMB in sales and $15M in exports, ranking among Taizhou’s top 50 exporters.
2003

Confronted with severe drought and power shortages in Taizhou, LUTIAN took social responsibility, developing new products such as triple-plunger pumps, gasoline generators, and cleaning agents, laying the groundwork for future growth.
2002

Mr. Luo Changguo founded Taizhou LUTIAN Electromechanical Manufacturing Co., marking the start of LUTIAN’s journey. Despite scarce orders, he personally showcased the first high-pressure sprayer in Guangzhou, earning clients’ trust and laying the foundation for LUTIAN’s rapid growth.
