Job Responsibilities:

1. Mastering professional knowledge of company products, certifications, brands, foreign markets, production processes, foreign trade processes, and international platform applications, actively developing new customers and maintaining existing ones through tools such as Alibaba, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc., achieving customer development quantity and performance goals;

2. Arrange customer reception, prepare reception related matters in advance, and independently negotiate cooperation intentions with customers;

3. Collect a list of new customers, identify target customers, confirm product and packaging requirements for potential customers, and prepare a quotation sheet for Futong to provide quotes;

4. Arrange sampling, send samples, and charge sample fees. Futong will produce sample orders and issue them to relevant departments to ensure sample delivery time and product quality;

5. When customers have new product requirements, create a customer requirement list and provide it to the product department. If there are any changes, provide a customer requirement change order to ensure that the new product supply meets customer requirements;

6. Continuously track potential customers, confirm quotes and delivery dates, verify customer contract terms, create a PI from Futong and submit it to the supervisor for approval. After the supervisor approves, send the PI or sign the PO back to the customer to ensure bulk order transactions;

7. Enter customer information through Futong, conduct customer background checks, confirm receipt of customer deposits, and issue task orders;

8. Confirm the packaging source files (product high-definition images, knife mold images, instructions, nameplates, etc.) with the customer, submit them to the procurement department for production arrangement, and ensure that the packaging production meets the customer's requirements;

9. Follow up on customer delivery dates in real-time according to the "Production and Sales Coordination Meeting", communicate and coordinate customer change items in a timely manner, and ensure that products are delivered on time and in quantity;

10. Confirm the inspection time of the customer or third-party company and provide the PI/PO, shipping details, appraisal report, and MSDS to the documents. Confirm the customs clearance documents with the customer to ensure the accuracy of all information;

11. Track the arrival of goods at the port, notify the customer to arrange the final payment, confirm that the full payment has been received, and arrange for the bill of lading and related customs clearance documents to be provided to the customer;

12. Based on the customer list (including contact customers, target customers, potential customers, and successful customers), create a customer analysis report to analyze customer types, needs, product selling points, and other related data, providing a basis for continuous customer development;

13. Assist superiors in setting departmental performance indicators, achieving sales targets, outputting monthly sales analysis reports, and completing other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

4 、有bms开发设计经验，能独立完成低压16串以内bms电路设计。
