Insight into Manufacturing Thinking

The training featured expert instructors who designed a “system foundation + skills enhancement” quality curriculum. Focusing on project planning and management, the program covered fundamental theories of VDA6.3, VDA6.5, and the Six Core Tools. Rich product project examples were used to analyze implementation processes and critical steps, while classroom exercises and assignments helped participants systematically master specialized skills.

Optimizing Team Collaboration

The training atmosphere was highly interactive. Participants engaged in group discussions and actively addressed real-world challenges, further strengthening their knowledge of quality systems and professional expertise. The platform facilitated interdepartmental communication and knowledge sharing, fostering collaboration, idea exchange, and improved problem-solving capabilities for complex product projects.

Enhancing Professional Competence

The first specialized course concluded successfully, achieving solid results and meeting its objectives. Participants noted that the course comprehensively covered all aspects of product quality control, offering practical guidance to improve their professional skills and ability to solve real-world problems. Future training will continue with mentorship and hands-on practice, fostering collective growth among colleagues.
